Windows vista ccleaner stuck

When running Ccleaner it sticks at 20% at a file called
C:\Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21-367356959.... identified by Defraggler too as
$RPRYVTK.dlm size 2,471,65.. How to delete this file/s ?

File is now deleted

Right click on recycle bin, click properties, reduced custom size to 1 MB

Windows deleted the file and added approx 2.4gig memory to total free on hard drive.
