Drive not reading dvd ..need new drive and vista ultimate disc

Need vista ultimate oem dvd , where and how ?

New dvd writer samsung lg Philips nec etc upto £20 preferences ?

Try to polish out the mark on the DVD. Try Brasso or PlastX

Can you not just borrow a disk from someone else with the same OS or ask around nicely and get somebody to run you a copy off? The important bit is the key which is on a sticker which should be attached to your machine which you can use to re-activate your software. I take it that you need the 32bit version?

I used a cd repair company on a playstation disk. brought it up like new. cant remember the name of the company but similar to this one.

Scarum Colgate toothpaste followed by brasso (in tin with wadding-duraglit) gives mirror finish

Dont enter product key during install,click next gives all versions on dvd!

scottster the disc has 3 very fine cracks in the centre around spindle hole,hard to see ! Followed the diy section in your link for disc repair .

Disc imaging runs to 30% then aborts .New DVD writer £15
