Hah ! Pure jealousy .. We took that winter on and battered our way through, not just theorising about survival but doing it, living it .. biiig difference, talk is very cheap .. soft, easy lives today ! Lucky sreggub !

Ha ha !! winter 62/3 Was on me paper round 7 am got buried in a pile of snow coming off roofs. KNocked me out but only sympathy I got was a bollicking for not delivering rest of papers, but got day off from skool . come to think of it when it used to really snow we still had to go to school Memories of icicles hanging from them old iron wash down cisterns in outside bogs Brrrr. Today they close all schools when there's a frost
