Wireless PIR

Hi All

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a PIR sensor suitable for outdoor use that is wireless?

I am wanting to put some garden lights in a boarder that are activated by a PIR sensor.

I have been advised that I am able to get a PIR sensor and reciever kit, whereby I am able to plug the reciever into a mains socket, the plug for the lights then plugs directly into this reciever, and then the PIR works wirelessley, when motion is dected by the PIR the reciever turns on, which in turn turns the lights on.

You'd need to buy a PIR transmitter and a single channel reciever, or the plug in reciever.

Surely it can't be that difficult to get a cable to a wired PIR, rather than paying well over £100 for the wireless gear?
