wireless thermostat which terminals to use ?

hi i have a glow worm ultracom 2 35 CXI combi boiler and have bought a netatmo wireless thermostat. i have followed the wiring instructions but it's not switching the heating on or off. can anyone help ? i've tried using the BUS terminals as it states in the manual but nothing happens although the relay sender lights up and clicks which suggests it's receiving the signal from the stat. i have included a pictures of the circuit boards.

Thanks gordongas i've tried both BUS and 24v neither seems to work, wondered if i should use the RT port on the power side ? although i dont want to blow anything.

update thanks again gordongas went back and started from scratch and fit the wiring to the thermostat connections re-installed the sender and hey presto it worked. cheers.
