Wireless video intercom

Can anyone recommend a decent wireless video intercom for a front door?

Something with audio, it doesn't need to actually open the door. Preferably wireless so there are no trailing wires to hide.

Trying to avoid any Chinese tat!

Optex ivision + Panasonic do a unit like the Optex ivision,seen a demo unit of both but can't comment on cost, both quality brands
