The BT80D doesn't have its own bell capacitor iirc so it cannot be fed directly from a RJ45 phone jack as these only use the two centre pins for the phone line.
You might be able to connect via a RJ45 to BT adapter as this would include capacitor. Otherwise wire capacitor in series with one of the wired to bell.
Some micro-filters have a ringing capactor so if you cannot wire back to the master socket then you can connect the bell to pins 3 and 5 of a lead that then plugs into a micro filter in a extension ( slave socket ).
If you use a flexible ( stranded ) lead you will need to to be careful when screwing down. A boot lace ferrrule on the strands will help to get a reliable connection.
