I am replacing a (mechanical) Honeywell T6360 room thermostat with a (digital) Siemens RDD10, this is the mains operated version not the RDD10.1 with a battery.
The Honeywell has four wires, looking at the wiring diagram I have translated them;
Green/yellow = Earth
Red = Live
Blue = Neutral
Yellow = Neutral with a fuse
The wiring diagram for the Siemens does not include an Earth, but leaves me with three wires to connect to four connections, I can't work out which.
The wiring diagram is page 7 of this document, its the top left one, the right hand one is for the battery powered model.

If I connect Live (Red) to L, Neutral (Blue) to N and Neutral/Fuse (Yellow) to Q14, the thermostat comes on but does not activate the heating when I turn up the temp and the indicator switches on, anything other than Live (Red) to L and Neutral (Blue) to N will not power the device.
Any help appreciated how I should wire this up.
