Wiring help on new thermostat.

Want to get advice on the correct wiring for a new thermostat. I have labelled the old wires A B C D above. New thermostat pic below.

You need to establish which is live in, A or B.
This goes in 4, linked across to 1.
The other brown goes in 2.
The blues go into 3.

OK I checked the old thermostat and live in is B. Thanks a mill. That coincides with my best guess.
