wiring upgrade

hi just upgrade central heating controls [ salus /glowworm] connected everthing up using there wiring centre but ive got two wires im not sure where they go at the boiler end there is a black wire with a red tag going to the boiler connecter block marked pump live and a red wire going to the boiler connector block marked on . the boiler terminal block looks like this ,e,n,l mains in the block the HW,CH,CHOFF, ON then a block of two saying PUMP LIVE , PUMP NEUTRAL. not sure were to connect the two wires at the wiring centre i think the blackwire with the red tag was connected to the frost stat SLive but by the time i realised whoops any help would be most welcome cheers ,by the way the boiler is a myson apollo 40s ,ps the controls work [there asking for heat but the boiler wont fire up also the pump live at the connector block goes to the pump overun thermostat . cheers kungydungy

Wire colours are irrelevant.
You need to find how your plumbing's done, and what controls there are.
Then find an appropriate wiring diagram and compare with what you have.
Not necessarily a trivial job!
