We are going to dry line with insulation on the back of plaster board, all dabbed on to the wall (done by plasterer). What is the procedure for wiring. Is it a) conduit down wall, recess in brick work to take depth of dry lining box, say 1 cm bigger all round to allow for alignment errors, then plaster board, then cut out for dry lining box (having noted positions carefully) and pull wires through, or b) cut out recess for dry lining box, bigger than required as above, put wires and capping in place and somehow put them to the back of the recess, plaster board, cut out for dry lining box being careful not to damage wires, or c) something else?!

its realy is "D"

its up to you, the best way would be similar to "A" except you need not worry about the 1cm gap, use plastic conduit (instead of capping) that way if ever needed you can still pull the cables out if ever you need to. and if you take the conduit up through the ceiling you can then drop the cables down from the floor above, so if ever they get damaged you can still pull them out without damaging your plasterboard wall
