Wizard PC 50 tank

Hi folks,

I have an unused water tank in the loft, with two water pipes into the base, stopcocks on both pipes. They are bone dry. Would I be right in thinking it's safe to remove?
The cold water pipe is diverted around (not connecting) the dry tank.

This is another pipe attached to the base.
