followed a car today.. notice in rear window .... wedding cake on board slow cornering i would have been tempted to give the car a shunt and knock the 3 tier over but i was on my moped at the time

Why do you want to taint someone's wedding day by being nasty? If someone wants to blow a load of money on a fancy cake as part of an overpriced day then surely that's their right. And you sir should respect that and not make the cake topple into the car jack.
