Hi
Can anyone suggest how to fix my wobbly fence post. Its only been in 18 months but because its against my neighbours path I couldnt get a full circle dug for putting post in. I had to just dig a half circle but now its wobbling and leaning towards his garden. Would it be worth digging the hole a bigger diameter and putting more cement in once its straight?

Without taking out and redoing I think whatever else you do will just delay the inevitable. While it is still quite wet now would be a good time to dig before summer when the ground will be a nightmare.

How tall is the post?
How deep did you dig the hole? (Needs to be about a third of the finished height deep. e.g 6' above ground requires at least 2' underground)
You could dig it out, make the hole the required depth and then hammer in a metpost to the bottom of the hole and clamp your post into this.
If you dig the hole deep enough can you dig under your neighbours path a bit to get a full circle of concrete around yours? It may also give his path a bit of extra support.

i was thinking padding out to the path edge and back filling lower down on the post other surface but that may not be a good idea iff the fence moves too much and unsettles the slabs ??
