Is this kit from Amazon any good?

I don't need anything professional, just something similar to these for shed/summerhouse projects and indoor general stuff.

It seems too good to be true.

I can guess from the price it won't be much good, but what are they factors that a skilled eye looks for? Aldi sometimes sell cheap routers.
