In the midst of upgrading a commercial premises we are moving into and have a couple of questions about painting decorating which i'd appreciate some help with:
- upon removal of some of the wall paper in one of the rooms there is wood panelling, can i sand this down and use white emulsion on top of it?
- where the walls are in ok condition with a few blemishes, would people recommend using lining paper then painting on top, or touching up the areas with filler then sanded, coat of white emulsion all the way round as a base layer then coloured on top?
Thanks
Scott
