Got a new Tiger shed but was too late to get the preservative sent with it and live too far away to have it sent on its own. However, I want to use preservative inside and out but am unsure as what to buy from one of the big diy stores. Any advice please?
Thanks for the quick replies. The following is the product description from the site.

What I need is a replacement for that and it looks as though John D’s suggestion might just do the trick. Totally forgot about creosote but will give that a thought too.
I did and the following image is page 1 of a 9 page information sheet. I didn’t even know such things existed but I will read it through and follow any advice given. Thank so much for your input.
acypetacs-zinc is a fungicide to protect against rot. Paraffin wax leaves a water repellent coating. I can't see an insecticide listed to protect against woodworm. They usually contain Permethrin or similar. Maybe one is on a different page. The bitumen might be to add brown colour.
I think the other contents are solvents or diluents.
Wood preservers are intentionally poisonous, so the chemicals are usually listed on the container and safety documentation.
It helps you check you are not just buying a decorative stain.
According to the instructions on the can, the Cuprinol shed and fence should not be applied in the vague “extremes of temperature”. Given that our temperature is hovering around 1-3 degrees at the moment, can I use the product now or are these temps ‘extreme’?
no, too cold. You also want it to be dry until it has, er, dried. I did contact their Hell desk when I was doing it, I forget their preferred temp, something like min 12C? I did it after winter. On a sunny day it dried quite quickly.
