my house is some stud wall wood but children knock it and make noise and echo when they get knocked. i want to make them at less noise, so maybe i can use some prpduct like foam to help the noise proof i can put some tray drill the wall and put tray then put a lot of foam maybe so the noise cant be transfer so it is hard wall this house is build 2010 i think thank you

Expanding foam in a confined space could result in bursting the plasterboard.

If its nailed then you'll have a much worse problem.

You can add a few more layer of plasterboard or even OSB then plasterboard, that could help a bit.

If not, just rebuild the walls properly with insulation with addition to the above. (sound proof etc)

I think your overthinking it though. A stud wall will always feel like a "stud wall"

too much work so maybe i leave but i put sofa so easy blockable
