worcester 24 cdi water pressure problem

i have a bosch worcester 24cdi and there is no water pressure this is on zero. the boiler is working although making a loud noise when comes on in morning. can not adjust the water pressure as the grey filling knob has never been there, it looks like a piece of plastic just sticking out.
