Worcester 240 cut out problem?

Could any one advise me please, from cold, set on water and Heating the boiler fires up and runs for about 15mins then cuts out, the pump and fan remain in service and the ignition is sparking but no flame. This will carry on for some time until the boiler fires up again for only a few mins before cutting out again, this is repeated. I have changed the thermocouple and the sequence board with no success. Before I change the gas valve does any one have any more suggestions?
