Hi i have a 240rsf and got problems with it over pressuring itself.
I have had a new pump, diverter valve, pressure release valve but still got a problem.
Symptoms are ; boiler is at 1.5 bar then heating comes on, this will now rise to 3 bar and peas water all down my wall outside, when it cools down the pressure is at 0.

Any ideas please as i am topping it up daily.

Thanks :( :(

basics first. Drop pressure to 1 bar cold. This should then rise to around 2 bar when hot. Prv releases at around 3 bar.

How old is boiler?

if basics dont work then could be overheating. problem is why! Could be heat exchanger scaled up, would need replacement. Who has replaced all these parts, you or CORGI? what reason why these parts been diagnosed faulty or has ech one been fitted as a guess
