Yo all!!
im having a bit of trouble with a worcester 240... i understand that the boiler is a little bit dated.. the old pcb on the boiler was malfunctioning so i put a new main pcb in... and whats happening is the relay switch on the pcb keep clicking on and off... the boiler is working for hot water and heating... but on occassions the relay clicks back and forth rapidly making a small spark on the relay... iv had a quick look to see if there are any loose connections on the pcb... but they all seemed to be fine... can anyone shed some light on why this might be happening?
