Worcester 24i/28i ignition problems...Pls help URGENTLY

Worcester 24i/28i Combi Boiler
Few weeks ago noticed no heating and hot water
Reset combi and used it by selecting it to permanently ON..ok for a few weeks
Still got same problem now; only way to get it going again is to switch off electrics and turn off controller; switch back on--ignition now lights for about 5-10 mins then extinguishes
Any ideas chaps?

could be several reasons for this
try bleeding the rads
is the system pressure ok 1,1.5 bar
could be blockage in the boiler which prevents from full circulation
pump fault

remove lead to gas valve if the boilers a 28i smell it if its burnt get a new one this is a common fault.
check min gas [you need to be qualified to check this]on the 24i clean prob in back of burner assy switch boiler of 1 st
