Dear Sir or Madam,

My dad bought a mobile home with a boiler "Worcester 24i RSF".
He still has no hot water and heating.
Unfortunately, he has a problem in which no Austrian Electrician can help.
He bought a new board (PCB) and would like to connect it.

Unfortunately, he has trouble assigning cables.
Three cables are available to him. White, gray, brown.
He does not know how to arrange them.
Which color are "Neutral", "Switched Live" and "Live"?

Could you please help us? My dad is a bit desperate

Greetings from Vienna

The X2 terminal block is as far as I am aware part of the printed circuit board, there are no colours just position. The wires connecting to the X2 terminal block are from time clock and thermostat so colours will be as selected by person installing the system. You would have to look at the thermostat or any junction box between thermostat and boiler to find out what colours have been used, or ask whoever disconnected the old PCB how they were connected. There is not normally a white in UK cables, normally that is USA wiring, but even with red, yellow and blue, or brown, black and grey there is no fixed colour allocation, it is down to the installer what he uses.
