My Worcester 24SI II boiler has worked fine for the last year but two weeks ago i noticed that while either the hot water was on or the central heating was on the boiler would be constantly lighting then going offthen lighting and going off.
I still had normal hot water and central heating worked despite this constant on/off/on/off cycle of the boiler.
its got progessively worse ion teh last few weeks and now i get very little hot water/central heating, boiler seems to be off more than on. it seems that even once the boiler is lit it keeps sparking as if it doesnt realise that it is actually lit already
any ideas? someone suggested it could be the diverter valve?
