My boiler is heating up the rads when the hot water runs and the c/h is off , any ideas please!.

probably diverter valve letting by or stuck

Thanks for the advice mick, are they easy to free off.
If it`s the one I am thinking about I think it`s located behind the control panel and has switches at the bottom and a toggle off it.
