There is a leak on my Worcester 28 CDi boiler and it appears to drip from the spindle on the divertor valve. The boiler operates correctly and the spindle moves when hot water is demanded.

However there is this frequent drip from the spindle area under no load or when the central heating is on and it gets worse when hot water is demanded.

There are two small allen screws on the spindle body enclosure. Do these do anything (like tighten the gland)?

Anyone got any ideas?

Many Thanks in Advance

i must have taken out 50-100 & i wouldn't look forward to it.

if you've got plenty of time, are confident in your ability, have manufacturers instructions, havent lost your filling key, an 'o' ring kit & silicon grease. away you go.
