Worcester 28CDi - Lack Of Central Heating

Good Day All.

We have a Worcester 28CDi boiler, We don't seem to be having any problems with the hot water, but the Central Heating does not seem to be working well.

To be able to get any kind of usefull heat into the rads we have to turn the heat on the boiler to max, even this is not really want i would call hot.

Due to the boiler being on max we are using alot of gas.

I have reblead the air for all the rads, and repressured the boiler to 1.5bar, but has made little affect.

Is there anything I can do to try and inprove the Central Heating?

We have a total of 7 rads.

Bathroom (60x60cm).
Kitchen (70x60cm).
Front Room (200x30cm).
Landing (50x60cm).
Bed Room 1 (80x60cm).
Bed Room 2 (70x60cm).
Bed Room 3 (60x60cm).

when was your boiler working as it should. do u have trv on all your rads
