worcester 28i no ch+hw

went to a worcester 28i,the red light was off,checked main board had'nt tripped+fuse at spur,both were fine but we got the light back on by changing the 2amp glass fuses but still nothing worked . fault finding book pointed to the pcb which got changed + still nothing, any ideas

overheat stat tripped ? reset button is on top of boiler.

not gas safe registered anymore, current ccn qualifications run out in 2 years, new employer does'nt do gas work, been plumber / heating installer 20 years, repairs i never done a lot of not really my thing, old customer of mine that does'nt want anyone else , i fitted the boiler 9 years ago
