Hi Can some please help. The boiler is a worcester 30si

Called to a job rads cold . All rads full of air (6) pressure on boiler one and a half bar bleed all rads at least half full of air (all) toped up the pressure and left. This was 2 weeks before xmas.

Then had a call today with the same problem pressure the just over 2bar and all rads full of air is the boiler producing air ? and if so how ?

What about the system leaking then sucks in air.

Tenant refills every few days and that results in lots of air in the system.

Did you check the expansion vessel ???

When I say that I mean did you check it properly!
