Worcester 30cdi problem

After many weeks with no heating i had a complete new system which was run for the first time today,just come home and cant get it working,but was working fine before i left.
Have reset it,left it off for a while and still keep getting error code EA which means flame not detected.
When i first turn it on the fan comes on for about a second,does this 5 times then you hear a whoosh as if the boiler has lit and you do see it light up just for a split second then i get the error code.
I really hope this boiler does not have to go back and its something simple.

Sounds faulty to me.
Contact your installer asap.

But HAS it lit - is the gas turned on?

yes the gas is on and like i say we had it on for a few hours today and worked well,was great to have a nice warm house.
But it wont light now,it lights up for a second through the little glass window then just goes out.
Should the fan keep coming on for a second at a time before it tries to light ??

fan should run continuous whilst ur asking for heat.
