Worcester 35CDi II rads warm when water on

As the title says we have a heating system based on a Worcester 35CDi II combi and have just noticed warm radiators after heavy use of the shower this morning (we have guests staying!)

There's no noticeable lowering of the hot water temperature and heating is set to off, but all rads valves fully open (summer setting.)

Any ideas? We have a BG service contract so will get them out but would like ot know in advance what I should expect them to look at/fix.
