Hi I have a Worcester boiler and they is a Comms error I’m assuming as they is no light on receiver it’s knackered I need a walk around to put the boiler on permanently thanks
You may as well have posted a photo of a chocolate teapot, because that would have been about as useful as the photo you've actually posted. Try giving us some info such as what thermostat and receiver you have, IE tell us about the thing you're actually asking about
Ha ok receiver rcr10/433 boiler green star cdi compact , we have hot water but cannot get the heating on , they are no lights what so ever on receiver I’ve tried watching various videos to reset someone says the receiver is broke but I need to know can I override this to keep the heating on permanently until I can get an engineer out thanks you
if no lights at all sounds like a supply fault to the receiver, if you want heating though turn the power off and remove the unit , you will see the supply wires live neutral and earth , there will be another two wires put these two wires both into the same terminal and your heating will be constantly on , you will be able to switch it off at the boiler though
Yes, @muggles was a bit rude...
I would have said "about a useful as a fart in a spacesuit"
@Pineapplehead66 don't be so sensitive... Its Christmas and he responded with a request for meaningful info so you could get some help... Plus, he used the winking emoji
