Hi all,

We just moved into a house which has a Worcester boiler, a Honeywell ST699 programmer, a Honeywell dial thermostat, a Drayton SCR all in our boiler cupboard.
We have a Drayton Digistat RF1 wireless system thermostat in our Living room.

We are having loads of problems trying to understand it all.
After loads of testing and basically playing around I thought I had it all worked out.

But we went out and had the Honeywell dial thermostat set to 15 degrees (basically off), the Drayton RF1 set to 23 degrees and the Honeywell Programmer set to twice, second on time was 4:30pm.

Came home expecting the heating to be on to find 2 radiators on only (small toilet and spare bedroom radiators?).

Checked everything and all looks OK, the RF1 shows 21 degrees (flame is lit), temperature is set to 23 degrees.

Boiler light is on, the SCR green light is on, but only 2 of 8 radiators are on?

Then turned the Honeywell dial up to 23 degrees (effectively on), then the other radiators in the house came on???

So confusing...

Anyone know what/how we need to set this type of system up correctly?

Does everything connect into a wiring centre (junction box) in the airing cupboard?

If so, remove the lid (power off first) and take a photo of the wiring. Move the wires apart to make them clearer.

It will help a lot if you can identify where each cable goes.

Post the photo and cable info.

Is it a combi boiler (Instant Hot water, no HW cylinder)?

Can you remove the ST699 from the wall and take a pic of the wiring?

Does this enable you to identify the cables?
