Worcester Bosch 24cdi hot water issue

Just had the boiler installed a few months ago but when trying to get hot water , the water only heats up after 2-3 mins. Any help appreciated in solving this

The joy of combi's....its normal to wait about a minute or so to get the running water up to temperature, but the pipe length will have a bearing. I dont think its a fault just a downside of combi systems
