Worcester Bosch 24CDI RSF needs regular topping up

I have the above named combi installed which is just over four years old, supplying five radiators. Can anybody tell me why the pressure system is starting to need topping up on a regular basis eg every month or so, whereas when it was newer the system only needed pressurising about once or twice a year.

I would add that the radiators have hardly ever needed bleeding, so that isn't where the water is going.

you have a leak. or pressure relief valve has dirt in it
