worcester bosch 280 RSF boiler problem ..HELP

Hi All woke up this morning and turned the boiler on worked ok for an hour then i turned on the hot tape while the heating was on and everything went off Now this has happened before but it always alows me to reset it but now the standby light has gone off and there doesnt seem to be any power to it atall, I have checked the fuse on the spur to the boiler and thats fine, is the a fuse on the main fuseboard, Ive only moved in this house 7 weeks ago and the boilers been nothing but trouble, first day i called a engineer out to it and he relieved me of £380 and said it would be ok.. Any Help would be appreciated thanks in advance "IM FREEZING"

Thanks for replying chrisR The engineer replaced the diverter valve and vessel but to be fair this seems to be another fault and ive just had an engineer round and the fuse on the board had gone so he replaced it and then it kept flicking the reset button so he checked the pump to see if it was turning and it was so checked relays and they were ok , He has come to the conclusion that its the pump because its not runnig when the boiler fires up and so going back to reset does that sound right to you

WHat value is "F1"?
You could try a separate mains lead to the pump to see if it ackles.

The engineer test the supply from the relay and it had power so has led him to believe its the pump, see wat happens tommorow, I think its new boiler time How much is that gonna set me back
