Hopefully this is a simple one to diagnose for you boiler engineers. When I run the hot water, the boiler fires up as normal and the water runs hot initially.
But after about 30seconds the boiler stops (as in the flames go out!) in the chamber. The tap then slowly gets colder and then boiler fires up again. It will keep doing this and the timing is regular and as far as I can tell it does it on all the taps upstairs and downstairs and the thermo shower.
Any suggestions ? The boiler hasn't been recently serviced.
I am an engineer myself, although not a boiler engineer !! I am electrically compentent and have done a fair bit of plumbing, etc.
Could I/should I attempt to repair this myself ?
