Worcester Bosch 4000 system pressure issue

Hi there we recently got a new system boiler, it replaced a previous system boiler. The engineer is refusing to help us and did not install a refill key. We are trying to find out where the external filling pipes are to repressurise the boiler. We have the hose, the under the boiler does not look right. This is under the sink next to the boiler the hose attaches to the bottom left but seemingly no where else. Can anyone offer any suggestions to help? Thank you!

What makes you think the filling loop is under the sink ?
It's more likely elsewhere. Where was the previous boilers filling loop?
