Boiler will not heat up DHW when fired up. Diverter valve and DHW heat exchanger have been replaced. CH works fine and DHW is available when CH is on. CH heats up when HW tap is opened. If I isolate the CH circuit DHW works fine. Any clues ....engineer is bafled.

It seems that you need a new engineer. I hope he guarantees his work!
I cannot guess what he has done wrong but this is a very simple part of the boiler. My problem is that I can diagnose faults on a properly assembled boiler but one that has been put together is far more difficult on the internet. I expect it would be obvious in front of the boiler.
Perhaps Worcester technical help may be able to suggest something as they answer stupid questions all day.
