worcester combi 24 i

Boiler is stuck in heating mode and heating is working fine but wont give hot water when hot tap is running. Any ideas what the problem could be

Faulty Domestic Hot Water flow switch or diverter valve.

Flow switch is the most likely,check the restricter is not melted.cant be the diverter valve as the 24i does not have one.
