hi, just noticed today that our water pressure is on 0, we still have hot water and heating, does anyone know what could be wrong before i call a plumber and he says we need a new boiler, it's on;y 14 months old..

your heating system might have a leak, but over 14 months I guess water can be lost through evapouration / micro leaks.

There must be a teeny bit of pressure left in the system as there can be a low pressure detection switch that prevents the boiler from working in this situation. That's when some people will call the plumber and then get charged for a two minute job. Read the manual on how to re-pressurise to 1.0bar. It's very simple.

After you've done that keep an eye on the pressure to see if it's dropping over a period of time.
