We moved into a property a couple of years back and have been lucky enough to find a great engineer who keeps our boiler serviced every year.
We've hot water from the taps, just no heating no matter how high the thermostat is set.
We weren't here when the boiler was fitted (before we lived here) - so don't know how to increase pressure on the boiler when it's low.
Google as I might no one shows the Greenstar 18/25 —presumably it's old / no one has one?
Has anyone else managed to top up the pressure on this boiler?
Any thoughts very much more than welcome. We get an engineer to do the difficult things and to maintain - but wondered is there a way to set water pressure?

I have a couple of pictures of the inside (taken from the top of the boiler)
I've turned the black valve (photo below) - I can hear water travelling at pressure and the pressure gauge on the Worcester boiler goes up to 1 bar from almost 0.
On the other end of the hose is a "nut" I've not touched it as I don't know for sure what it is (pointing at below)
Picture below I can see "something" mentioning psi which a wire from the boiler pressure gauge goes to.
