Would like to swap programmers. Salus RT510rfplus for Wiser Drayton
Could someone please confirm I have the wiring right for the Wiser Drayton programmer.

Yes, that is correct.
Usually, you don't need to worry about the boiler wiring (and theoretically you may not be allowed to access it on some boilers) - as long as the old stat worked correctly, you simply replicate the wiring to the new one, with the existing cable, i.e. the black wire in Com goes to terminal 1, and the grey wire in NO goes to terminal 3 of the single channel Wiser.
 
Thanks for the conformation. My wife is house bound after having a stroke, hopefully this new system will make life easier with regards to the heating.

No-one here will criticise the scrapping of another salus.
Wiser seem to be well considered.
Post a pic of the wiring after you've finished, if you'd like confirmation.
