Worcester heat slave 9.24 Open flow- DHW problem

Hi,
This boiler (Worcester heat slave 9.24 Open flow) has been very good until two days ago. The DHW does not get as hot as used to be, it is now warm no matter how long the hot tap running and the boiler is fully fired up. The only thing I can think of is the diverter valve. However, it was replaced (completely) not reconditioned only four years.
