Hi,
I am looking after an empty property for a friend.
The Central Heating Boiler Is marked with RD628 and I think it is a Worcester Boiler fitted about 7 years ago by British Gas.
The Boiler room programmer is set to turn the boiler on once every 24 hours at 0200 and off at 0400 hrs.
My problem is that when I go into the property during the day the boiler is off but the pump is still running so I feel that the pump is running 24/7
During the day hours I have set the boiler room programmer to constant to fire up the boiler, after 5 minutes I reset the programer to timed, at which time the boiler turns off, the pump then continues to run for 3 minutes and then turns off, but the pump is obviously staying on after the boiler is turned on again at 0200 and off at 0400hrs
Any advice please before I call out British Gas
Many Thanks-Bob
