It just does on a 350, it goes through the overheat stat and the low water pressure switch before anywhere else. The lwps usually knocks the fuse out though.

, and power to low pressures switch but after that boiler is dead.

this may be a stupid question but you say there is power to the wps. is there 240v out of it? very common fault on these is blocked wps.

Just link across the 3 wire connector at the board (green & white??) to the water pressure switch. It will be that or the overheat stat on the top, one or the other and both very simple to diagnose.

would that stop all power, Iv never had an over heat stat stop power to digi program timer ect. Even the green power light dont work.

No it won't. In theory the power goes in to the main fuse then to the low water pressure switch then to the overheat stat then the standby led. You should get a red light on the lwps switch if this has gone open circuit which you don't have so it kind of points to the overheat stat as Nickso said....have you pressed and reset it yet?

I have three of these Worcester 350s and their unreliability is fortunately offset by the extremely helpful fault finding charts in the documents that are supplied with the boiler. Following these, meticulously, has brought me to the solution first time on each and every repair save one which was intermittent and one of their engineers at a trade show gave me the solution and he was right too.

Worth seeing if Worcester can send or email you the troubleshooting pages.

Agree....fault finding charts on these boilers are great, as are most worcesters!!!!

Only down side to the 350 is the damn U shaped pins...if they rust they
are a nightmare.

Now that your overheat has poped it might go again and again,
sometimes they go out of cal when reset.
