worcseter bosch greenstar he plus problem

Hi moved a worcseter bosch greenstar 30 & put a new flue on it. Now the boiler will fire on hot water mode, make a loud noise & go of.No heating either. No mfg instructions available by customer! is commissioning it any different to comissioning other WB combis he plus boilers? Any ideas how to solve issue please?

razor,thats a great answer.

if ita a sealed system boiler and air under pressure is used to feed gas to the burner,there is a very good chance it will work.

execpt for the condense drain, i need to think how to drain away the condense.

condense trap needs to be rotated.

sorted,a condense pump set to run all the time will clear the condense.

ok untill it fails probaly rather quick.

presumably because he was asked to.

But as someone who is not Gas Safe Registered he should not have been working on it.

No one here should be giving him any help with his illegal working. The only advice is to call a registered professional to check and correct his errors. Hopefully to report him for illegal work too!
