Working on a Pressurised Water System

I am shortly due to be replacing a bathroom suite and altering pipework. I have a pressurised water system and would like any advice on how best to approach the work.

Is there anything I should be aware of before commencing work? Should I be draining the system to alter the pipework and if so how do I reconnect and re-pressurise??

I would appreciate any help.

boiler is a Nu-mark and i believe the model is a boxer.
