Workshop pit boards

My workshop has an inspection pit that isn't used.The gaps between the boards get full of dust and crap and I'd like to seal them up if possible.
I was thinking of using something like Stixall multi purpose wall and floor adhesive.Do you think that would work or is there something more suitable ? It needs be flexible as vehicles are driven over the pit so there will be some movement.Cheers

Just put piece of vinyl over the top.

Fill the gaps yourself but dont make it so the pit can never be used again, chuck an old carpet down.
Either one day you will be glad you got a pit as you may need to use it or when (or if) you sell your property a pit in the garage could make the buyer keener. Having the ability to work on your own car is IMO a bonus.

It's rented,not my premises and it's a commercial building.....and the pit is full of crap from previous tenants.It will never be used in my lifetime
